By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, which together with our privacy policy govern Bhagwati Tours & Travels’ relationship with you. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.
User Eligibility
“User(s)” means any individual or business entity legally entitled to use the services of Bhagwati Tours & Travels.
Services are available only to individuals or companies that can form legally binding contracts under Indian law.
Users must be at least 5 years of age.
By accessing our website or services, you agree to abide by applicable laws. Bhagwati Tours & Travels reserves the right to deny service at any time.
Amendments to Agreement
Bhagwati Tours & Travels may modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of services signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
General Travel & Service Conditions
Customers using Bhagwati Tours & Travels services must agree to the following:
Conduct in Vehicles
Smoking, drinking alcohol, or consuming intoxicants inside the vehicle is prohibited.
Misbehavior with drivers or fellow passengers will not be tolerated.
Littering, damaging seats, or tampering with vehicle equipment is not allowed.
Compliance with Rules
Customers must not request drivers to break traffic or government rules.
Maximum of 4 adult passengers per car (unless otherwise specified).
Luggage must be placed in designated areas only.
Liability Disclaimer
Services are provided on a “best effort” basis.
Bhagwati Tours & Travels will not be responsible for delays, technical failures, or force majeure events.
The company shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed flights, trains, or buses.
Additional Charges
Parking, tolls, interstate taxes, night charges, and driver allowances are borne by the customer.
Waiting charges apply if delays exceed 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup.
Extra distance and time beyond the booking will attract additional charges.
Air-Conditioning Policy
AC may not function on hilly routes or when the vehicle is stationary.
Bookings & Vouchers
A booking confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Customers must present the voucher at the time of travel.
Producing the voucher implies acceptance of all terms.
Service Limitations
Local rental services (airport/railway pickup/drop) are valid only within city limits.
Outstation packages are strictly for intercity travel and not for local use.
One-way rentals include return charges for the vehicle to its base location.
Amendments & Cancellations
Any booking changes must be requested with the CRN number by contacting support at +91 9924716028
Approval of amendments rests solely with Bhagwati Tours & Travels.
Refunds (if applicable) will not exceed the original booking amount.
Disputes & Jurisdiction
In case of disputes, the exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
